through research has observed the need for positive development
in our societies. NGOs, experts, local and regional networks on
the development scene have by no means resolved the fundamental
issue of short-term palliative activities and oversights.
Despite the
Democratic progress made in number of countries, political, health,
economic and administrative systems continue to suffer from serious
deficiencies. It is wrong to believe that there is total adoption
for development, the modern governance measures introduced to
defend a vision of united free society after decades of triumphant
nationalism, socialism and development ideologies dominated by
leaders, single parties and military regimes.
AFRO
GLOBAL ALLIANCE is a forum to reconcile the African
Youths all over the world, to sanitize the image of Africans worldwide,
to pedal Africa forward and educate the masses of Health pandemic
like AIDS. AGA’s
OVERALL AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Drug Counseling: Research today has shown that hard drugs, drug
abuses are the main causes of death and mental disorder/illness/madness
etc in youths and human beings in our societies. AFRO GLOBAL ALLIANCE
DRUG AND MARRIAGE COUNSELING UNIT shall offer drug-counseling
programme from time to time to educate the youths against the
dangers of abuses and uses of drug. AIDS Awareness
Campaign: AIDS pandemic have posed a serious threat
to our societies today. What are we doing to eradicate this tumour?
What are the preventive measures introduced and how effective
the have been? AFRO GLOBAL ALLIANCE YOUTHS FRONT has dedicated
its services to charity and has embraced the health and social
reformation programmes which focuses on the structural ways of
educating the society about the AIDS killer diseases. We sponsor
health and educative media programmes to facilitate wider dissemination.
Improvement of Prisoners Welfare:
Prisoners have often been neglected in the society because of
its alliance with crime. Prison as a Punishment and Correction
Center must be provided with the most common amenities and maintained
without abuses of their common right. To promote religious teachings
and service, drug counseling, vocational education and training
in our prisons.
Education, Marriage Counseling and Child Abuse: THE
AFRO GLOBAL ALLIANCE WOMAN-CHILD ACCORD has the
task of promoting human relationships amongst families, man-woman-child
care support programmes. Education should be a universal right
and not a privilege. We offer donation in cash, materials, stationeries,
equipment etc in order to enhance health competition in the society.
To fight against Child Labour and also undertake educational projects
and excursion.
Urban-Rural Linkage,Religious Alliance and Motherless/Destitute
Home care support: This is among the primary objectives of the
Organization. As a united Organization AFRO GLOBAL ALLIANCE will
partake in health and social awareness Rally/Lectures, facilitate
easy Urban-Rural Linkage and to promote the relationship amongst
our religious groups and other NGOs.
In the face of achieving these goals AFRO GLOBAL ALLIANCE will
engage in Health and Educative media advertisement,
Website management, Awareness Campaign, Periodic Publication,
Charity Rally, Sponsorship of Social events and Talents
etc.
